Session Fees
52-60 minutes : $180
75-90 minutes : $200
Insurance
I accept Hometown Health Insurance. If you have another insurance provider, I will collect full payment at the time of your session. I can help you collect any reimbursement allowed by your plan by giving you a super bill (receipt with diagnosis code).
Payment
A credit/debit/HSA card on file is required for all clients. Payment is collected at the time of your session. Any past due payments will be charged directly to your card.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the recently-enacted federal No Surprises Act, health care providers are now required to give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. In other words, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment, I reserve your scheduled time for you alone; I make every appointment an important commitment. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, I ask that you give me 48 hours notice, so that I am able to offer that time to another client. If you miss your appointment without 48 hours notice, it’s my policy to charge for the full cost of the session time, except in case of illness or emergency.
