Now Offering Tele-therapy

  • About Me

Two decades of working with clients as a Marriage and Family Therapist –and my own therapy process–have taught me that psychotherapy can be a powerful path to transformation.

Since 1998, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all over our region.

    • As a group facilitator and individual therapist, I have helped hundreds of survivors of sexual assault and other trauma turn their pain into healing.
    • As a primary therapist at an eating disorder treatment center and in my private practice, I’ve helped scores of individuals make peace with their bodies and relax with food.
    • As a therapist for young substance abusers, and as an anger management teacher for adolescents in trouble, I’ve offered respect and guidance to hundreds of teens and young adults struggling to find their path.
